We ship all orders from Dominican Republic. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day (excluding public holidays). All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather or other issues on behalf of the mail carrier.

Free ground shipping is valid on all U.S. orders. Free ground shipping is offered within the contiguous United States only. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories

All orders are shipped via USPS First Mail. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.


All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Laura Bonetti is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs and duties at checkout and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery.

International orders over $600

All international orders valued at over $600 are shipped via FEDEX and require a signature upon delivery.


Here at Laura Bonetti we are  positive that you will be happy with your purchase. If in the unlikely event that you are not happy, we accept returns on all unworn items within 15 days of your purchase. We extend free returns to unsatisfied customers within 7 days of delivery of your order.


Earrings, sale items, custom items, personalized and engraved items are not eligible for returns or exchanges


Who doesn’t love a good sale?! We always try to offer the best discounted price on our sale items and because of this, all sale items are final sale. Please make sure to read all product detail on sale items before purchasing.


If you are returning an order that included a free gift with purchase, we require that the free gift is returned as well. If the free gift is not returned with the order then we will adjust the return amount in retail dollars of the gift.


We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your Laura Bonetti purchases and we believe  in the lifetime quality of each piece. If for whatever reason your Laura Bonetti piece is damaged or breaks during normal wear due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair it at no cost or give you a product of equal value if we no longer carry that product.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from, we will accept returns for either an exchange/store credit or a full refund within 15 days from the delivery date, with the exception of earrings, engraved items and sale items. All Earrings are FINAL SALE.. All items under “SALE” collection are FINAL SALE and are ONLY eligible for store credit/exchange and NOT full refunds.

Any items that were personalized with engraving are also excluded from returns, with the exception of any error on behalf of Laura Bonetti or where the item may be faulty.

No refunds or exchanges will be permitted after 45 days from the delivery date.

Wholesale orders do not qualify for refunds. If wholesale items are returned, ONLY store credit or exchanges will be issued.

Any items that have a quality defect as reported by the customer will be excluded from the above policies.

To process a Return:

  1.  If you would like to make a return, please follow the steps noted below.
  2. Email us and complete for form with your order number and details. If within 30 days from the delivery date, please also indicate in your email if you would like a refund or an exchange.
  3. Our customer service team will respond to you in 24-48 hours with return authorization and a free return label.
  4. Please pack the items in the original box and append the label on the box. Ship your return and retain your receipt.
  5. Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product to ensure the returned items are in good condition and not damaged.
  6.  If the inspection is passed, refunds will be processed immediately.
  7. To exchange an item, please contact us.

Laura Bonetti  is not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit as a result of poor packaging or posting via your own methods/not utilizing the mailing labelprovided.

For refunds, the credit card used for the initial purchase will be refunded for the merchandise amount. Any shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 3-5 business days except Federal holidays for the refund to post to your account depending on the credit card company’s processing time.


Please note: Laura Bonetti does not accept returns directly for purchases made at our retail partners. Please return the item to your place of purchase and consult their customer service for more information on their refund/exchange policy.
